Campbell TuckerCampbell Tucker

Property Consultant

Grad Dip Bus (Real Estate), PG Dip Mgt, PG Cert Com (Property)

Campbell gained his foundation of building knowledge while renovating old bungalows and villas in his twenties. With this practical knowledge, he then went on to project manage a number of new buildings and several subdivisions.

Campbell started selling real estate in his early thirties and soon felt that, to become a true professional, he needed to upskill and become accredited. Following a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies with a Real Estate endorsement and three more years experience, he became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ). Campbell has since added a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, with a strong Marketing component and a Postgraduate Certificate in Commerce with a Property endorsement, to his resume.

As a highly qualifed Property Consultant, Campbell was offered contracts with a variety of organisations, including a stint at Fletcher Homes as their Sales and Marketing Manager for the Randwick Park development and with Vector (then United Networks) as their Network Property Manager for the fibre optic rollout.

From there, Campbell set up the first RE/MAX office in New Zealand and started selling both residential and commercial real estate. Today, RE/MAX provides Netrealty with their cutting edge technology infrastructure not normally available to boutique agencies.

"During our fibre optic network roll out, Campbell successfully negotiated over 200 commercial lease/license agreements for United Networks Communications' in 2 years. His loyalty, dedication and professionalism are beyond reproach. I have no hesitation in recommending Campbell as a Senior Property Consultant."
Sean McDonald – GM, United Networks (now Vector)

"I engaged Campbell Tucker to sell my property and within two weeks he had an offer that was $35,000 higher than what a similar unit in my block had recently sold for, through another Agent. The agreement was subject to a building inspection which showed there had been a leak in the bathroom, but Campbell went beyond the call of duty, crawling under the unit to show the buyer that the leak had been repaired. I was very impressed with Campbell's high level of integrity and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Campbell to anybody who is considering selling their property."
Valda Lamb

"I have sold a number of properties through Campbell over the years and he has always provided me with excellent advice and service. He has consistently under-promised and over-delivered in selling my properties. I have also done business with Campbell in another capacity and have always found Campbell's word to be his bond and his integrity to be beyond reproach."
Martin Watson - Painter, Decorator

"We recently engaged Campbell to sell our property in Sandringham. We were impressed by the advice we were given to make the property more appealing to prospective buyers and the quality of the marketing that attracted a significant number of potential buyers to inspect the property.

The final bid at the auction was not as much as we would have been happy to sell the property at and we were not put under any pressure by Campbell to accept that offer. Instead Campbell worked hard to get us another $47,000 which we then decided to accept, allowing us to purchase another property at a good price while the market was still flat."
Raj Sethi MBA, Doctor Ravi

"I had made Campbell aware that we wanted to sell our property at the above address and we had not obtained a Code of Compliance Certificate for the property from Auckland City Council. There were a number of things that had to be done to the property before a CCC could be issued. Fortunately Campbell's knowledge of construction and Auckland City's District Plan enabled him to achieve a sale of the property with full disclosure of the issues. I was very happy with the final result."
David Ponting, Architect

"We had developed a block of land at the end of Mona Ave in Mangere Bridge, forming a new road and creating services for 14 dwellings which could then be further subdivided into between 14 and 16 sites. We received a number of low offers and potential trades for the land, however Campbell was the only agent who was able to come up with an offer that was almost completely free of conditions, at a price we were willing to accept, and resulted in us getting paid in cash.

If it had not been for his knowledge and experience he would not have been able to explain the town planning subdivision and building requirements, giving the buyers the confidence to purchase the block of land at an acceptable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Campbell as a Senior Property Consultant."
Ian Hendry, Akehurst Properties Ltd.
